A: We ship to all 50 US states + territories, and internationally to a multitude of countries!
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: For prefab items purchased in our webstore we accept Credit, Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and split payments through a variety of providers; with all payments secured by Stripe! For custom projects under $2000 we offer the previously mentioned stripe payment options, projects $2000 and over are to be paid via ACH or wire transfer.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: To give our customers ample time to inspect their items and ensure satisfaction, items can be returned or exchanged for any reason within 10 days of delivery for a full refund; customer is responsible for return shipping. TW may provide a prepaid return label ONLY for items returned due to damage in shipping or fault of TW. Shipping compensation is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and decisions are reached based on the evidence the customer is able to provide. For more info, see our terms page.
