TW Privacy Policy

1. Overview

TW Tech LLC, doing business as TW, operates this website, including TW Vault and TW Lab. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use the site, place an order, request a quote, submit a buyback offer, or otherwise contact us.

This policy does not replace the TW Site Terms, TW Vault Policies, or TW Lab Policies. If a transaction requires a separate quote, invoice, or payment-provider agreement, those documents may include additional information practices.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide. We collect the details you submit to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping or project location, and the content of your messages. Custom-project and buyback forms may also include project specifications, item descriptions, condition details, material preferences, desired timelines, and payout preferences.

Order and payment information. When you purchase an item, we and our service providers may process order, shipping, billing, and transaction information. Payment-card and wallet payments are handled by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider; TW does not ask you to submit payment-card numbers through project or contact forms.

Technical information. Our site and hosting providers may automatically receive limited technical information, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, referring pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to operate the site; process purchases; prepare and manage quotes, custom projects, and buyback offers; provide customer service; communicate about an order or inquiry; prevent fraud and misuse; maintain business and tax records; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

If TW later offers customer accounts, we may use the profile and account information you provide to operate those accounts and support purchases. We will update this policy before making a material new use of personal information.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as reasonably necessary to run the business and complete your request. This can include service providers that support payment processing, website hosting, storefront management, order fulfillment, communications, security, accounting, and professional advice. Current examples include Stripe for payment processing, Vercel for site hosting, and SitRep for storefront-management and form-intake delivery.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights, safety, or property of TW or others, or in connection with a business transfer. TW does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Your Choices and Requests

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and operational limits. You may also ask to stop receiving non-transactional marketing messages. To make a request, email info@twtech.llc from the address associated with your request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Payment providers, browser providers, and other third parties process information under their own policies. You can manage browser cookies and device permissions through your browser or device settings. If applicable law gives you additional rights, we will honor them as required.

6. Retention, Security, and Children

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including to complete transactions, support projects, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We then delete or de-identify it when reasonably practicable.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. This site is not directed to children under 13, and TW does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes and Contact
