TW Site Terms

Effective August 26, 2026

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Site Terms apply to the TW website, including TW Vault and TW Lab, operated by TW Tech LLC. By accessing the site, submitting a form, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the policies that apply to the relevant section of the site.

Where a product listing, project quote, invoice, or section-specific policy contains more specific terms, those terms control for that purchase or project. Please review the applicable TW Vault Policies or TW Lab Policies before placing an order or approving custom work.

2. Listings, Quotes, and Orders

Listings, images, specifications, prices, availability, and estimated timelines may change. A custom-project intake is a request for a quote, not an acceptance of work. A quote, invoice, or order confirmation may include additional terms for scope, price, materials, timing, shipping, approvals, deposits, or change orders.

TW may correct material errors in a listing, quote, price, availability status, or technical description. If an error materially affects an order, we may cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid, where appropriate.

3. Payments, Taxes, and Third Parties

Available payment methods are shown at checkout or in the applicable quote or invoice. Online payments are processed through Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. For certain custom projects, TW may require an invoice, deposit, ACH transfer, or wire transfer before work begins or before an item ships.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information and for any applicable sales tax, duties, import charges, brokerage fees, or other government charges unless expressly stated otherwise. Payment-provider terms may also apply to your transaction.

4. Custom Projects and Customer-Supplied Items

Custom work proceeds only after the parties confirm the project scope. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the stated design, dimensions, materials, finish, and intended use before production. Fabrication processes and materials can create reasonable variation in color, finish, tolerance, and appearance.

For customer-supplied hardware or materials, the customer must remove personal data, accounts, passwords, storage media, and items not required for the work before shipment or handoff. TW is not responsible for undisclosed defects, pre-existing damage, or fragile conditions in customer-supplied items. We will communicate material issues discovered during work when reasonably possible.

5. Customer Content and Project Acceptance

You may submit only designs, text, images, models, and other content that you have the right to use. TW may decline content or projects involving unlicensed copyrighted material, hateful or explicit messaging, unlawful weapons or primary firearm components, hazardous materials, products intended to facilitate criminal activity, official government insignia without appropriate authorization, or items intended to bypass safety mechanisms.

We review custom work case by case and may refuse any project that is unsafe, unlawful, technically infeasible, or inconsistent with our business practices. Do not submit payment-card numbers, passwords, banking credentials, or sensitive personal data through a project or contact form.

6. Site Use and Intellectual Property

TW owns or licenses the site's branding, layout, written content, photographs, and other original materials. You may use the site for personal, lawful shopping and project-inquiry purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, scrape, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the site or its content without TW's written permission.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site when necessary. We do not guarantee that every feature, listing, external service, or third-party link will be available at all times.

7. Disclaimers, Liability, and Updates

Except for the express terms stated in a listing, written warranty, quote, or applicable policy, the site and its content are provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TW is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use, a purchase, or a project. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right, remedy, or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms as the business evolves; the version in effect when an order is placed or a project is approved generally applies, subject to applicable law and any written agreement for that transaction.
