A: We ship to all 50 US states + territories, and internationally to a multitude of countries!
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: For prefab items purchased in our webstore we accept Credit, Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and split payments through a variety of providers; with all payments secured by Stripe!
Q: What are your shipping and handling times?
A: All items on our webstore marked in-stock ship within one business day of purchase.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns can be made for device or hardware failures within the designated warranty period for the item in question, or for items that arrive having been damaged by the shipping courier. Due to the nature and complexity of vintage computing, returns are not offered for devices found to have not been compatible with a user's pre-existing devices or setup, or having been found to not be compatible for the user's intended purpose.
